On July 10, 2019 was defended at the Facultat d'Economia the doctoral thesis presented by Julián Martínez Moya under the title: "Port competitiveness: the role of port authorities and connectivity in the choice of port" directed by Dr. María Feo Valero in the framework of the Doctoral Program in International Economics and Tourism of the Institute of International Economics.
