The aim of the project is to analyse the business opportunity of implementing a Cluster Management Training Plan in international markets for the tourism sectors, based on new cooperation and organisational models.
With the results obtained, a scheme of contents has been designed of what should include a training plan that has been tested with the collaboration of the new Tourism Cluster of Asturias.
