Even in times of crisis, the leisure industry accounts for 5.2% of GDP. The Chair City of Valencia 2012 organizes, on April 25, 26 and 27, the Conference Humanist Leisure: Spaces for Common Dialogue in the City. The aim of this conference is to bring together the different protagonists -academics and professionals- who develop their activity in all dimensions of Leisure, with the participation of an important representation of the administration (Valencia City Council, University of Valencia), the company (Olympia Theater, La Esfera Azul, Zeppelin TV, Minube, Turisticate, Rototom Festival, K7...), and Foundations (Turismo Valencia, ONCE, Abierto hasta el amanecer, Fundación Mundo 21, FESA,...).
The conference is aimed at students, professionals and all social agents interested in the reality of leisure from different perspectives.
