Today has been constituted the Council of Socioeconomic Promotion of Cullera ratified in the plenary session of the City Council of Cullera in October 2020, in which the IEI researcher, Gregorio García Mesanat, participates as a member.
This body has been created by the City Council of Cullera to channel and make effective the participation of the most representative socio-economic agents in all matters and policies that affect local and economic development of the municipality. Thus, the Council was created as a consultative and advisory body of the City Council of Cullera in economic, social, labor and employment matters, with special mention to tourism, which is created in order to make effective participation and tripartite social dialogue between the municipal Corporation, trade unions, business and socio-economic organizations most representative, exercising their functions with autonomy and independence.
