The Governing Council of the University of Valencia has awarded the extraordinary doctorate prize, corresponding to the academic year 2020-2021, to Julián Martínez Moya for his doctoral thesis "La competitividad portuaria: el papel de las autoridades portuarias y de la conectividad en la elección de puerto", presented within the framework of the doctorate in International Economics and Tourism and directed by Prof. Dr. Dª.
