Professors Amparo Cervera and Haydee Calderón -members of the IEI- together with colleague Berta Tubillejas from the Marketing and Marketing Research Department, have participated in the XXI Congress of the International Association on Public and Nonprofit Marketing of which Amparo is Vice President.
Several papers were presented at the congress under the slogan: "Uniting Marketing Efforts for the Common Good: a challenge for four sectors". In this case, the researchers presented a paper on user-generated content in cultural experiences.
Amparo also presented an invited paper at the round table entitled: Opportunities for research in the fourth sector: quo vadis social, public and nonprofit marketing? Prof. Helena Alves, member of the Scientific Committee of the Institute of International Economics -València- participated in this round table.
The congress was organized by the University of Minho, in Braga, Portugal.
